Ordinances - Town Code

The Town of Wingate is responsible for protecting our community's health, safety, and welfare by effectively enforcing town codes and ordinances. The Town's goal is to provide information to all interested parties and to fairly and efficiently enforce the Code of Ordinances. An ordinance is a law passed by the Wingate Town Council.
